The HIGH S Scroll compressor is an oil-free compressor that produces high-quality, 100% oil-free compressed air, which is used in various fields of industry and production (pharmaceuticals, food, textiles, etc.). There is no need to install a filtration system to remove residual oil from the network. The highest efficiency is ensured by a unique spiral air compression technology: using the orbital movement of two spirals - static and moving. Their interaction ensures the movement of air into the compression chamber. Continuously, at regular intervals, the movable spiral element compresses the air by reducing the volume. The air flow is directed to the center of the spiral and then cooled. Since the spiral elements never touch, the compression process does not require the use of lubricant. This means that Scroll compressors guarantee a supply of completely oil-free compressed air.
